For nearly two decades, I've had the privilege as a dental hygienist of working inside dental practices, where I developed a deep appreciation for the care, precision, and professionalism that go into creating an exceptional patient experience. 

 

Throughout my career, I noticed something that seemed to repeat itself no matter where I worked. Every dental office struggled with finding consistent, dependable cleaning services. It wasn't uncommon for practices to change cleaning companies—sometimes even year after year—in search of a team that would consistently meet their expectations. Too often, the quality started strong but gradually declined, leaving the entire team searching for another solution.

 

I realized there was an opportunity to create something different—a cleaning company built specifically for dental practices by someone who truly understands how they operate. Someone who knows that details matter, consistency matters, and reliability matters. 

That's why I founded The Polished Mop.
